I’m Marlon Wilson, a Serial Entrepreneur, Real Estate Investor and owner of a Mortgage Brokerage. I started investing in Real Estate in 2013 primarily focusing on the wholesale strategy. I then shifted my focus to fixing and flipping single family properties. Since then, I’ve purchased and managed rental properties, created owner finance and subject to deals, along with many other creative financing strategies.
In 2018, I decided to start my own Mortgage Brokerage in an effort to be able to provide my clients with some of the best in house financing available. Today, I find most of my fulfillment in helping others learn about building wealth through real estate. I’ve created a few different opportunities for the beginner or advanced real estate investor to be able to learn how to be profitable while using different proven real estate strategies.
